A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking and the balance is due 30 days before the start of your stay. We accept money orders, cashiers checks, and credit cards. One night deposit is nonrefundable. A refund of any other payment depends on whether the condo was re-rented for the nights reserved and the amount of time prior to the reservation when the cancellation occurs.
