Palapa Condominiums
  The
La Palapa Condominiums are in an eight story beachfront building that is
solidly built and well-maintained. It is
largely owner occupied and persons off
the street cannot rent here. It can only be rented through owners or their
agents. 24 hour security assures a safe and helpful
environment. The building has an
elevator and a rooftop pool with a deck and shaded pavilion for a panoramic
view of the bay, the beach, the mountains, and the city. It is a perfect
spot for entertaining. On the beach is the
beautiful La Palapa Restaurant serving
great breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The restaurant serves gourmet food
with artful presentations at reasonable
prices. La Palapa waiters also service the
beachfront palapas and chairs with food and drink all day long.
